The Loans are forgiven at 1/15^th per year; most households never pay the loan back.  Examples of eligible projects include roof replacements, new siding, correcting code violations, energy efficiency, replacing doors and windows, etc.  If you are interested in participating in this program, please fill out this survey and return it to the address listed below.
