Certificate of Compliance & Oil Burning Equipment/Storage Information PDF Print E-mail
For a Certificate of Compliance for Smoke Detectors and Carbon Monoxide Alarms, as well as Permits for Fuel Oil Burning Equipment & Storage, please print the applications from our page here.  Fill out the and form and drop it by our office with payment Monday-Friday, between 10:00am-2:00pm.  The fee is $50.00 per dwelling unit, made out to the Town of Edgartown.  Feel free to call the office at (508) 627-5167 with any questions.
