The Park and Recreation Commissioners are responsible for the following sites: South Beach, Bend in the Road at State Beach, Robinson Road Recreation area and Cannonball Park.
South Beach
The lifeguards are on duty from 9am to 5pm starting June 23 and going through Labor Day. The beaches close at midnight.
South Beach does not allow alcohol, organized parties or open fires. No dogs are allowed on the beach.
As a safety precaution we ask that no holes be dug on the beach as they can become very dangerous.
Beach wheelchairs are available at the South beach shack at right fork.
Portable toilets are available at South Beach from June 23 through Labor Day.
