PH 4:00: 55 Cooke. (20D-37) Hilary Grannis. Demolish the 1999 guest house, remove additions to the 1923 historic home and relocate to the back of the property, build another structure where the original home stood.
4:10: 87 North Water. (20D-23) Patrick Ahearn. Lift the little boat house 1 foot above current elevation to prevent flooding.
4:20: 127 Upper Main. (20C-4.14) Patrick Ahearn. New Two-story addition on the right hand side of the structure, new Nantucket dormers on left hand side of main roof, general maintenance to include patching and repairing wood roof, trim, siding, windows, doors, shutters and flower boxes in-kind, 6’ privacy fence, rear pool and deck not visible from a public way.
4:30: 10 Peases’s Point Way North. (20D-9) Sean MacDonald. Address the unpermitted fences.
4:50: 28 South Summer (20D-134) Louis Lisboa. Discuss unapproved construction and a plan to resolve the issue.
