5:00 p.m.: Discussion and approval of minutes from April 24, 2025, and the June 26, 2025 meetings. No meeting was held in May because of a conflict with a presentation on barrier beach dynamics that many committee members were either participating in or wanted to attend. So there are no May minutes to review. Lack of a quorum prevented approval of the April minutes at our June meeting.
