 In accordance with Chapter 53 of the Acts of 2022, this meeting will be held through remote conference technology only.

 Site visits for the public hearing were made individually by the Commissioners.

 4:00: PH 114 School (29A-11) Sullivan and Associates. Proposing a one story bedroom addition on an existing two story single family residence.

 4:10:  1 Cooke (20D-331). Stephen Berger. Remove and replace existing garbage bin shed and replace a bit larger.  Expand front porch and add access ramp.

 4:20:  70 North Water (20D-246). Bastille Lucier. Remodel two bathrooms into one master bath, replace area window.

 4:30: 11 Cummings Way. (29B-44). Gerret Conover. Add a small addition to the roof deck with a low pitch roof over enclosed space. Copper standing seam roofing and gutters to match existing. New double hung window with operable shutters to match existing. A series of French casements with painted panels below for an enclosed sleeping porch. Remove two double French doors and replace with double hung windows with shutters.

 4:40: 69 South Water (20D-333) Change to Approved Plan. Cammie Naylor, Sasha Robinson-White.

Move the access door and ramp off the front deck to the West elevation. Move window and reuse. Move ramp to street side. Add a new brick path to the patio. Add a short ramp to the new door location off the patio.
