In accordance with Chapter 53 of the Acts of 2022, this meeting will be held through remote conference technology only.
Site visits were done individually by the Commissioners.
4:00: PH 57 South Summer (20D-166) Chuck Sullivan. Renovation of existing main house, demolish rear addition, add dormer, replace all windows, siding, trim, roofing, etc., Demolish and rebuild existing garage in similar size.
4:10: PH 27 Pierce (20B-37.12) Pavel Saman. Installation of roof mounted solar PV on detached garage, pool house and back of the main house. This is a Certificate of Non-Applicability.
4:20: 1 Cooke (20D-331) Stephen Berger. Review new plan for placement of HVAC. Enlarge garbage bin area.
4:30: 80 North Water (20D-252) Platt Johnson/Associate Roofing. Install a Velux egress venting roof window, install a GAF Green Machine Solar powered attic vent. Replace a skylight, same dimensions. Replace rotting wood gutters with fiberglass gutters as needed.
4:40: 7 South Water (20D-323.1) Associate Roofing. Remove and replace existing asphalt shingle roof with a color change to weathered wood. Remove and replace existing rubber section of roof. Remove cedar shingles on the roof canopy and replace with metal standing seam roof. Remove and replace one skylight and replace with Velux manually venting MO4 skylight flashing kit and solar powered blinds.
4:50: 54 Morse (20D-89) Steve Pogue. Change to Approved plans. Reduce size of existing fireplace vent stack by half. The second floor fireplace/appliance is being removed and a window will replace the wall space.
