Site visits were done individually by the Commissioners.
4:00: PH 68 Winter (20D-110) Frank Sanford. Replace a wood retaining wall with fieldstone. A pathway of bluestone to the building. Asphalt driveway to be replaced in-kind. Add lights to one side of the building. Add additional drainage and drywall. Extend the wood fence to match existing.
4:10: 89 South Water (29B-17) Cammie Naylor. Custom built 30” high white picket fence with an Edgartown style rail cap. Fence will have a 6’ wide double gate centered on brick walkway. The 6’ posts will match the molding on main residence.
4:20: 24 Kelley (20D-301) Jonathan Kirby. Proposed demolition of existing 1st and 2nd story additions. Proposed partial demolition of existing 3 story building reconstruction of existing 1742 building within existing footprint/envelope. Propose 3 story addition.
4:30: 81 South Water (29B-14) Sasha Robinson-White. Remove 1961 Sunporch and 2001 additions. Connect the garage to the main house. Add a wrap-around porch which hides a small roof deck between the current garage and the 1950’s addition and raise the roof in this section and add dormers. Below this section add a basement. Changes to the main entry, fireplace and replace all windows. Wood roof shingles. New pool area and retaining wall.
4:40: 20 Pease’s Point (20D-344.1) Miller Starbuck. Remove and replace 40 existing windows and remove and replace rotten deck /stairs.
