Project: Seeking permission to raise the grade on site to match 9 Pierce Lane, install a drainage system around a historic structure, demolish newer additions of said structure, lift the structure and construct a full basement beneath. Proposed plans also include a rear porch roof and patio with new landscaping and a new driveway. Also seeking permission to remove an existing retaining wall on 9 Pierce Lane and install a new retaining wall that encompasses both 9 & 13 Pierce Lane.

The trail will be cut in using hand tools at 8ft. wide and a raised boardwalk with light-penetrating decking will be constructed through its entirety. After construction the vegetation will be maintained at a 6ft. width. Additionally, invasive removal and maintenance along Sweetened Water Pond (235 ft) is proposed.

Project: Seeking permission to perform maintenance dredging of ±95 Cubic Yards adjacent to an existing private pier. Dredging was performed in the area under a previously approved dredge permit issued on March 24, 2015 (SE20-1398) and has since expired. The dredging will be done by mechanical excavator, placed on a barge and removed from the site. The spoils will be used as beach nourishment offsite.
