4:10: 10 Pease’s Point Way South (20D-9) Sean MacDonald will discuss the change of material to the unapproved fencing.

4:20: 2 Pierce Lane (20D-77) Gilmar Gonzales Barbosa. Remove rail from one side of the existing deck and extend the deck 7’ using pressure treated mahogany to match existing. Total size of the extended deck will be 112 sq. ft.
