Addition of a small area on the back of the house including a covered porch and wood deck.  Expansion of existing kitchen into an existing side porch. Relocation of a door to side entrance. Addition of a bay window in the back.  Construction of a pool house; seasonal, not heated, with gas fireplace. Pool equipment located in the basement and storage area behind the  pool hose with sound attenuation.

4:10:  18 Dunham (29B-63.11) Alisun Armstrong. Replace all windows on the first floor with Pella Lifestyle.

4:20: 33A North Summer. (20D-347.111) Kent and Van Hollebeke Construction.  Demolish old shed. Changing building back to office from restaurant use. Shifting front door. Moving bathroom, cleaning up exterior.

Discuss Julia Tarka leaving the EHDC.  A replacement is needed for the liaison for the CPC.  An advertisement has been placed for another alternate.
