Edgartown Conservation Commission Agenda

The Edgartown Conservation Commission is holding an executive session to discuss strategy with respect to the following litigation, because an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigating position of the public body, and the Chair so declares, pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, §21(a)(3): 

● Waldron Enforcement Order and Request for SOC to the DEP and related issues.

And not to reconvene in open session afterwards.
