4:00:  55 School: (20D-143.1) A-Zeke Construction.  Continued from June 4, 2026. Add picket fence, 3 ft. tall on the left side of the garage to match existing 3 ft. fence in the front of the property. Add pergola.

4:10: 94 Pease’s Point Way North: (20B-64) Peter Gearhart. Remove existing masonry pier foundation and install full foundation for use as staff and storage space. Relocate existing building. Expand existing entrance porch and install accessible entrance. Construct new second floor viewing balcony and first floor viewing deck. Insulate exterior of building to provide conditioned space. Replace existing windows.

4:20: 80 North Summer: (20D-92) Henry Bobek. Adding a 19.5 ft. deep two story rear addition along the full width of the home’s rear. Adding a 7 ft. wide hipped dormer allowing access to a new front roof deck. The brick side landing and stairs will be removed. The side bulkhead will be removed and replaced with a basement access areaway.
