Edgartown Conservation Commission Executive Session Agenda

The Edgartown Conservation Commission is holding an executive session to discuss strategy with respect to the following litigation, because an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigating position of the public body, and the Chair so declares, pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, §21(a)(3):

• The Trustees of Reservations, Inc. v. Edward Vincent, Jr., et al., 2474-CV-00022 

The Commission will reconvene in open session at its regularly scheduled meeting at 4:30.
