4:00: PH 80 North Summer: (20D-92) Henry Bobek. Adding a 19.5 ft. deep two story rear addition along the full width of the home’s rear. Adding a 7 ft. wide hipped dormer allowing access to a new front roof deck. The brick side landing and stairs will be removed. The side bulkhead will be removed and replaced with a basement access areaway.

4:10:  PH 111 North Water: (20D-276.2) James Moffatt. Construction of a new bike shed and spa.  Lift structure and update foundation, and renovate existing guest house structure. Add spa. Add 12’ x 15’ deck by the boat ramp. New concrete piers, new double hung and awning windows, swing and sliding doors

4:20:  PH 10 High (29B-22) Christopher Pagliaro Architects. Extend covered porch, one story addition, and enlarge existing second floor dormers at front of house.  Addition to second floor, two story addition and deck at rear of house. Add spa. New double-hung windows, Marvin clad with divided lite to match existing pattern with putty glaze profile. Front door to be two recessed flat panel door painted green to match existing. Rear of house to have two sliding French doors.

37 Main will not be heard August 6, 2026, and has been rescheduled to August 20, 2026.

4:30:  PH 37 Main (20D-206) Gerret Conover, Sasha Robinson-White. Major renovations inside and out. Combine two retail stores, new stairs, elevator, re-store 6/6 windows, add Marvin windows, Relocate main entry to side alley. Remove patio, add a wrap-a-round porch. Add a bay window. Add basement. Remove Chimney. Add small addition where there used to be a stone patio with new cross gable roof that merges into the existing gable roof form that was added to the original structure in the past.

 4:30: 46 High (20C-197.2) Chuck Sullivan. Change of approved plans.  Relocate a second floor window to accommodate a new bathroom on the rear of the house.
