The Town of Edgartown seeks a knowledgeable, detail oriented and customer service focused individual for the position of temporary part-time Clerk. This position supports the administration of residential property tax exemption programs and related assessing functions.
Responsibilities include coordinating the exemption application process, verifying eligibility requirements, preparing materials for review by the Board of Assessors, communicating application status and maintaining accurate records and databases. The position also provides assistance to the Assessors Department in carrying out daily functions. This is a temporary part-time position beginning on July 1, 2026. This position is not eligible for benefits.
