Open Enrollment Information
The Open Enrollment Period for active employee health, dental, and vision plans will be held from May 1st, 2025 through May 31st, 2025. Only during this period may you voluntarily elect to make a change to your existing plan coverage without a qualifying event. Enrollment changes elected during this period will become effective on July 1st, 2025.
The Open Enrollment Period for Flexible Spending Account benefits will be held from August 15th, 2025 through September 15th, 2025 for an enrollment date effective on October 1st, 2025.

Benefits Enrollment Appointment
Please schedule an appointment with the Human Resource Office to complete the required forms by clicking this link, calling (508) 627-6150, or emailing the Human Resource Director at jrobinson@edgartown-ma.us.
Active Employee Insurance options are made available through the Town of Edgartown and the Cape Cod Municipal Health Group (CCMHG). Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts (BCBS) and Harvard Pilgrim Health Care (HPHC) are the insurance providers for active employee health plans. Delta Dental is the option for voluntary dental insurance, and EyeMed Vision Care is available for supplemental vision and lenses coverage.

Optional Retirement Plans
The Town of Edgartown provides employees with the option to enroll in supplemental retirement plans in addition to the Dukes County Contributory Retirement System (DCCRS) or the Massachusetts Teachers' Retirement System (MTRS).
