Open Enrollment Information

The Open Enrollment Period for dental and vision plans will be held from May 1st, 2025 through May 31st, 2025. Only during this period may you voluntarily elect to make a change to your existing plan coverage without a qualifying event. Enrollment changes elected during this period will become effective on July 1st, 2025.

Insurance options are made available through the Town of Edgartown and the Cape Cod Municipal Health Group (CCMHG). Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts (BCBS) and Harvard Pilgrim Health Care (HPHC) are the insurance providers for retiree health plans. Delta Dental is the option for voluntary dental insurance, and EyeMed Vision Care is available for supplemental vision and lenses coverage.
