Mon/Wed/Fri 1 PM - 4 PM
You must have a valid Edgartown Shellfish License to shellfish in Edgartown waters.

Scallop Season 2024-2025
Recreational Bay Scallop Season starts October 1, 2024 and ends April 30, 2025
- Limit is one (1) level ten-gallon washbasket or one (1) heaping bushel per week including shells. The week starts on Monday.
- No Dragging in Sengekontacket.
- Dragging in Cape Pogue allowed only after 7am on October 21st.
- All other shellfish regulations apply.
Commercial Bay Scallop Season starts October 21, 2024 and ends April 30, 2025
- Limit of three (3) level ten-gallon washbaskets per day including shells.
- Commercial harvest may take place from 7:00am to 4:00pm Monday through Friday.
- No Dragging in Sengekontacket.
- Dragging in Cape Pogue allowed only after 7am on October 21st.
- All other shellfish regulations apply.
